2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Capsuld. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must provide accurate information when creating your account
- You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts
- You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@capsuld.com
4. Product recommendations and affiliate links
Important: Capsuld earns commission when you click product links and make purchases. This does not affect the price you pay. Our recommendations are based on your wardrobe profile and style preferences, not commission rates.
Capsuld is not responsible for:
- The availability, quality, or pricing of products recommended on the platform
- Any issues arising from purchases made via retailer links
- Changes to product listings, prices, or stock levels on third-party retailer sites
All purchases are made directly with the retailer. For returns, refunds, or complaints about products, contact the retailer directly.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Capsuld for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the platform
- Upload content that is offensive, illegal, or infringes third-party rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
- Use automated tools to interact with the platform
6. Intellectual property
All content on Capsuld — including the algorithm, design, copy, and brand — is owned by Capsuld. Product images and descriptions remain the property of the respective retailers.
You retain ownership of content you upload (such as wardrobe photos), but grant Capsuld a licence to use this content to provide the service.
7. Disclaimers
Capsuld is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
- Recommendations will meet your personal taste or requirements
- The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Product information sourced from third-party retailers is accurate or up to date
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Capsuld shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from purchases made via product links.
9. Changes to the service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Capsuld at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes where possible.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
